United’s APECS are manufactured from waterproof, breathable tri-laminate fabric to military spec. United’s APECS parka has pockets with VELCRO® closures and draw cords at the waist and hem. Additional features include VELCRO® closures at the wrist, stowaway hood, and rank tabs. Waterproof zippers throughout make this parka ideal for all weather conditions. United's parka is sewn to military specification MIL-DTL-32157.
