    The pennant looks great and is exactly as pictured. The matting behind the pennant is the exact same color, so that when it's placed in the frame, you cannot distinguish the outline of the pennant. From across the room, all people see is a blue rectangle in a frame. The matting should have been either a) left up to the customer to decide, or b) selected by your team to accentuate the pennant.
